Please note that full payments for our classes and workshops must be received in advance to ensure a place is booked. The fee is non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Mercy Pottery.
To reschedule a workshop, you must notify Mercy Pottery by email no later than five business days before the scheduled session.
As soon as we receive your payment an email confirmation will be sent to you which will act as a receipt of your order and will imply that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions.
When you book a class or workshop through this website, personal details as your name, email address and payment details will be required. Please ensure that all your contact details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings that may arise due to incorrect email address, name, written messages or any other incorrect details.
The fired artwork made during the class or workshop will be ready for collection approximately 2-4 weeks after the session, you will be notified by email. We cannot be held responsible for any artwork that cracks or explodes in the kiln.
We will only keep hold of your artwork made at the studio for 60 days after the “ready to pick up” email confirmation. You must collect your artwork within this time frame, otherwise your artwork may be disposed.
